Here you will find the snowshoeing routes in our area. There are also a few hiking routes included that you can easily manage without snowshoes.

Two marked snowshoeing routes

We have marked out two routes using ribbons. You can follow these routes by looking at the ribbons. Sometimes it takes a bit of searching, which is why we have also put the routes on Google Maps. You can use the links in the colored bars to view them on Google Maps.

Red ribbons: approx. 2 km
Gold ribbons: approx. 3 km

2 km | red ribbons

Through the forest via the snowmobile path. This route is signposted with red ribbons.

3 km | Gold ribbons

Via snowmobile path and one km through deep snow. This route is signposted with gold ribbons.

Pippin's favorite: The 3.5 km extended with the hike to the 330 m summit and through the frozen swamp.

Climb a 330 m hill with a beautiful view. Return via a snowmobile trail and frozen swamp. The route is not signposted.

Hill, 330 m climb with beautiful views. Via the Thorne river and back. Only when the river is frozen. The route is not signposted.
