A warm welcome to a frozen world

In the morning, you will be picked up by a comfortable transfer and taken to the Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi. We will, of course, coordinate the exact time with you; this depends on your arrival time at the airport or the location of your hotel in Kiruna. This way, your ice-cold experience begins completely relaxed and taken care of down to the last detail.

Day 1: Transfer, Lunch, Ice Sculpting, and overnight stay in your Suite.

Day 2: Breakfast and departure for your next Pippin adventure.

Choose your unique overnight stay in the ice

You can choose from two types of rooms that you have booked in advance. Because the prices of these rooms vary by date and availability, we always provide a customized quote for your choice.

Art Suite: A uniquely designed room where every wall and every detail has been carved from ice by international artists. Sleep amidst a hand-carved work of art. As a guest of an Art Suite, you have your own lockable changing cabin in the heated 'Riverside Lobby'. Here you can also make use of the shared saunas and showers (separate for men and women).

Deluxe Suite: The most luxurious option. These rooms are more spacious and feature an even more detailed design. For those seeking the ultimate luxury in ice. These rooms are more spacious and feature a private, adjoining heated bathroom with a private sauna, directly connected to your ice suite. This way, you combine the cold experience with the comfort of your own warm wellness area.

The hotel will provide you with a special thermal sleeping bag and instructions on how best to dress. Your large suitcases will be safely stored in a heated luggage room; You only need a small bag for your overnight essentials.

Culinary delight among the snowflakes

Lunch: After making the ice sculpture, you can go to the Icehotel restaurant at 12:45 for a generous lunch buffet. After lunch, you can visit the Icehotel and view all the art rooms.

Dinner: In the evening, you can dine at your own leisure in the atmospheric restaurant (not included).

Breakfast: After your night in the ice, you will be woken up with a warm berry juice, followed by an extensive breakfast in the warm area, after which you will travel on to your next adventure.

Shape the ice: Your own sculpture

Icehotel from 10:30 to 12:30: Unleash your creativity. Under the guidance of an expert, you will learn how to carve your own ice sculpture from a block of crystal-clear river ice.

Visit Icehotel: After lunch, you will visit the Icehotel and marvel at the beautiful art they can create from ice and snow. Generally, you will have had time to view everything at a leisurely pace in approximately 3 hours.

Make your stay even more unforgettable

Husky Transfer from the Airport
Do you want to start your ice-cold adventure in the most spectacular way? Then choose a dog sled transfer from Kiruna Airport to the Icehotel. Instead of a van ride, you will be met upon arrival by a team of enthusiastic huskies. While your luggage is transported separately to the hotel, you will glide through the tranquil, snow-covered forests to Jukkasjärvi in approximately 75 to 90 minutes. Upon arrival, you will immediately be provided with warm clothing (thermal suit, boots, and gloves) to borrow for the trip, so you can enjoy the ride comfortably.
